Physicist (Ph. D) graduate of Moscow University and Paris VI University Andrei is one of international expert of methodology and analysis of heterogeneous data in the field of the social sciences. Andrei is engaged in diverse activities of research and education with the North American universities (Mc Gill (Montreal), Harvard, MIT (Boston) and French Universities on the evaluations of the innovation (INSERM, INRA) as well as on the developments of software of analysis of heterogeneous data.
